We accept payments exclusively in AMD.The maximum cash payment accepted is AMD

When a visitor stays overnight at the hotel, an additional charge will apply for each
extra person, and it is mandatory to present the visitor’s identification document.

• One child under the age of 12 can stay in the room with their parents at no extra cost.

  For two children, an extra charge equivalent to one person will apply.

Keys are provided exclusively to registered hotel guests. If you are anticipating visitors,
kindly inform the reception in advance. You can either meet them personally or have the
receptionist escort them to your room.

Food and Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought into the hotel for
hygiene and quality control purposes.

Smoking is forbidden in the hotel. The fine for smoking is AMD 50,000.

The hotel is not responsible for lost items. Please use the safes in the rooms.

Destruction or damage to any hotel property is strictly prohibited. In the event of damage, the
guest will be charged the value of the item

The additional charge is AMD 30,000 for the entire stay.
Please make sure that your pet corresponds to the following requirements:

• Pets only under 10 kg are allowed –only 1 pet per room.
• Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.
• Pet must be vaccinated with a paper proof presented at the check-in (vaccination passport).
• Pets need to be restrained with a leash and muzzle while inside the hotel premises or on hotel
  grounds, except when they are in a guests room.
• Pet must not be left unattended.
• Pets are not allowed in any dining areas (restaurant, bar, cafe), hotel. This exception does not
  apply to guide dogs.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood.
• Dogs should be taken to the dog-walking routes only for their regular walk.
• Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
• Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
• Guests agree to indemnify from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guests pet.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge guests account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
